Ashley 32yrs aged, suffered from severe cardiac malformation, “Dilated Cardiomyopathy with severe left ventricular dysfunction(ejection fraction 30%). CRT – Dimplanation 2009. ICD lead and generator upgrade 2016, radiofreqquency ablation for frequent ventricular ectopic 2016 and atrial fribrillation. Ashley will need a major surgery and a close follow up afterward.
