Prosthetic Support Project – Enn Rev Enn Sourir

Restoring Mobility. Rebuilding Lives. Renewing Hope.
At Association Enn Rev Enn Sourir, we believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, independence, and confidence. As part of our 10th Anniversary initiatives, we are proud to launch the Prosthetic Support Project, dedicated to helping children and adults who require prosthetic limbs but face financial, medical, or logistical barriers in accessing them.

Every year, many people lose a limb due to cancer, diabetes, road traffic accidents, congenital conditions, infections, or other serious illnesses. Beyond the physical loss, they often experience emotional distress, reduced mobility, financial hardship, and social exclusion. Our project aims to bridge this gap by ensuring that no one walks their journey alone.

Our Mission
To improve access to prosthetic care by providing comprehensive patient navigation, psychosocial support, fundraising assistance, and advocacy, enabling beneficiaries to regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

Our Vision
A society where every person requiring a prosthesis has equitable access to quality care, rehabilitation, and the opportunity to live independently, regardless of their financial circumstances.

Our Goals
Facilitate access to prosthetic services in Mauritius and abroad.
Provide patient navigation throughout the treatment and rehabilitation journey.
Offer nutritional, psychosocial, and psychological support.
Coordinate fundraising initiatives to reduce financial barriers.
Advocate for equitable access to prosthetic care and rehabilitation services.
Raise public awareness about disability inclusion, rehabilitation, and limb loss prevention.
Ensure close follow-up to support long-term recovery and social reintegration.
At Enn Rev Enn Sourir, we believe that a prosthesis is more than a medical device—it is a symbol of hope, independence, and a second chance at life. Together, we can help restore mobility, rebuild confidence, and empower individuals to move forward with dignity.
